Belcolade - Belcolatiers on a mission

Belcolatiers on a mission!

We turned Belcolade employees into true Belcolatiers. People on a mission to make the world
a better place with their authentic Belgian chocolate. More innovative, better tasting, more sustainable and 100% honest: that's what Belcolatiers stand for. They don't just meet standards, they exceed them. By joining forces and working together in a warm, family atmosphere.
This is how they make heavenly and honest chocolate for the whole world to enjoy.

Campaign images that make you crave

No campaign is complete without some epic shots of our Belcolatiers in action! These true champs struck poses for our photographer like pros. In the spirit of 'not all heroes wear capes,' we dressed them in a layer of chocolate that seems to lift them to new heights. Working at Belcolade is like going on a mission and constantly leveling up yourself and your crew.

Internal launch

Before we unveiled the Belcolatiers to the world, we gave all teammates the ins and outs of the campaign. We decked out the entire company with posters, signage, and of course, loads of chocolate to get them involved in the campaign.

External rollout

To attract new teammates, we also needed to communicate externally. Posters, flyers, even
bread bags, as well as online campaigns and bus ads, all proclaimed the same message:
Go on a mission to find your dream job!

Job days sweet as chocolate

To give potential new teammates a real taste of life at Belcolade, our client cooked up some sweet job days. We plastered our ambitions on 20 m2 billboards  and even unleashed a field marketing squad to grab some eyeballs. Feeling chatty? Our Facebook chatbot guides candidates to their dream fit. It's like the best of both worlds - online and offline marketing - so all new team members can get a taste of Belcolade right from the start.
